Clear Wedding Invitations || Basic Invite
So over the next several months I’m going to attempt to fall into a rhythm of blogging that includes one wedding post per month, one photo post that isn’t wedding – engagement, proposal, anniversary – something along those lines, and one post that is something else entirely to simply provide information or highlight a vendor that I love and think you will too. This is the first of latter. The perfect touch for a modern wedding or a bride looking to incorporate unique elements… Clear wedding invitations.
Meet Basic Invite
Basic Invite’s tagline is “Truly Custom Invitations,” and they mean it. As a wedding photographer, wedding invitations are the item I’m most interested in, (although they carry everything: holiday cards, baby cards, event cards, stationary, even business cards. And if you’re getting married they start right at the beginning with save the date cards and customizable bridal shower party invites). When you go to the wedding invitation page you are met with 1201 different options each available in 180+ colors…um, I think I’ll find something I love in there that I can customize to make my own. Good thing you can filter the options to find just what you are looking for! Honestly though, they have every color and every style from minimal and old school, to elegant and ornate.
Above all, different! Their signature invites are clear wedding invitations that are like no other. Such a distinct stand out among the watercolor flowers- nothing against watercolor roses- but the rad couples that I’ve worked with are usually those couples that are looking for something a little off the beaten path, and these certainly deliver.
My second favorite feature of their service is their wedding websites. Again, super customizable, (same 180+ colors to choose from), and a design to go with every wedding invite- so your theme is seamless. They are mobile friendly and easy to use- just upload your details, images (this is a great place for engagement photos!), and a map of directions to your venue and you’re all set. It’s just one of the many easy buttons that make me wish they were around when I got married. Other things include:
Free address collection service
Free address printing on your envelopes
Seal and Send invitations- they have an RSVP postcard built right in and the guests address already printed on them so there’s no need for an envelope- easy!
With a simple interface to find everything and get it all done and tons of gorgeous options to choose from- Basic Invite is not so very basic.
